The Enterprise Initiatives team, which was established in order to work across the organization to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, as well as the creation of new strategies, be it through tech-enabled solutions, streamlined processes, or other resources, to continuously evolve and improve our operational capabilities. Zac is also charged with playing a key role on the White Oak PropTech committee and working with that team to drive strategic priorities across functions.

FORMER

Previously, Zac held innovation and engagement-focused roles at Alliance Data in Columbus, Ohio. Earlier roles at White Oak included responsibilities in operations and capital strategy, supporting the firm’s growth and institutional alignment.

EDUCATION

Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University; BA in Business from Kalamazoo College.
