Regional operations for over 3,000 units in the Texas and Colorado markets. Responsible for the execution of the business plan for each asset, including oversight of the operational, financial, and capital improvement performance. Additionally, Mr. Miller assists White Oak’s Acquisition and Investments teams in sourcing, identifying, and evaluating potential opportunities.

FORMER

Multifamily operations leader of portfolios exceeding 4,000 units including new development, value-add, mixed-use and student housing. He assisted in the acquisition and disposition of $300 million in multifamily assets for institutional clients for both ETI Multifamily and Lincoln Property Company. 

EDUCATION

BS in Business Administration from the University of Alabama with a specialization in Real Estate and a CAPS certification.
