Leon Zazworsky

Mr. Zazworsky is Founder and President of Mid State Systems, Inc., Mid State Warehouses, Inc., and Dalmatian Transportation LLC.

Mr. Zazworsky is a Board member and Lead Director of Park National Corporation (NYSE: PRK), where he serves on the Executive and Risk Committees.

He serves on the Boards of the John and Mary Alford Foundation, The Salvation Army of Newark, Ohio and is a former Board member of Paramount Financial Group. Mr. Zazworsky graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
