White Oak’s Treasury by overseeing Corporate, Fund and Property bank accounts and cash flow. Works closely with the White Oak Team and Property Managers on day-to-day transactions as well as forecasting. Manages and maintains banking relationships, including account setup and maintenance as well as investment management.

Collaborates with White Oak team members to establish treasury policies and implement internal controls and best practices.

Accounting Manager at Southgate Corporation. Responsible for financial reporting for apartment complex, commercial warehouses, and condominium projects. Prior to working at Southgate, Holly worked at The Pizzuti Companies in the accounting department and lease administration.
