Leads the due diligence processes for all new acquisitions.  Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership of all Due Diligence efforts for real estate investments, assisting with with the company’s investment strategy, and working closely with the Chief Investment Officer and SVP, Investments on evaluating investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities throughout the United States; manages relationships and strategic initiatives with all third-party due diligence professionals and consultants engaged in the physical evaluation of real estate acquisitions and development.

FORMER

Director, Investments at White Oak Partners. Prior, Commercial Real Estate Valuation (Appraiser) for Colliers International providing valuation and advisory services for lenders and owners of multifamily, student housing, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, and NNN investment properties throughout the United States. Responsibilities included financial underwriting analysis, market analysis, property inspections, market/broker surveys, and consulting services.

EDUCATION

BS, Real Estate & Urban Analysis; and Economics, The Ohio State University (Fisher College of Business). Chris is a licensed Salesperson (active, Ohio) and Appraisal Assistant (inactive, Ohio).
