The Operations team, Portfolio Performance and Reporting and Revenue Management teams. Alison is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the operations team for the overall execution of property performance.

FORMER

SVP, Strategic Initiatives and Performance at Bozzuto Management responsible for driving initiatives that optimized business performance. Alison worked previously at Foulger-Pratt as the Senior Vice President, Property Management responsible for the strategic direction of portfolio consisting of multi-family, commercial and retail assets. Alison also held the position of Vice President of Northeast Operations for Fairfield Residential defining asset strategy for a portfolio of over 10,000 units in nine states and the District of Columbia.
