Russ Gertmenian

Mr. Gertmenian is a retired partner from Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP where he served as the firm’s managing partner. Russ engaged in the practice of general corporate and contract law, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and initial public offerings (IPO). He acted as general counsel to a variety of public and private corporations.

He has served as a member on the Board of Directors of the Ohio State University Hospital, The Columbus Museum of Art, Abercrombie & Fitch Co., The Columbus Metropolitan Library Foundation, AirNet Systems Inc., Liqui-Box Corporation, The Police Athletic League, and served as a Board President of The Buckeyes Boys Ranch, and The Columbus Academy.

Russ was also an Honorary Trustee of Columbus Council on World affairs, Goodwill Industries. Mr. Gertmenian currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Wexner Center of Arts, and Ohio State University Holding Corp. He is also an active member of the Columbus Bar Association and The Columbus Partnership.
