Regional operations for over 4,000 units located in the following markets:  Dallas, Houston, Austin, Minneapolis, Kansas City and Chicago. Responsibilities include the oversight and execution of financial, operational and capital improvement performance. Additionally, serves as an essential contributor to White Oak’s acquisition team by assisting in the sourcing, identification and evaluation of multifamily opportunities.

FORMER

Operations and Asset Management leader of portfolios exceeding 5,000 units to include New Development Lease-ups, Value Add, Re-development and Condominium Conversions; directed Acquisition Due Diligence and Operations Underwriting contributing to the closing of over $750 million in multifamily assets, and directed renovations and value add projects in excess of $60 million during tenure at Trammel Crow Residential, Gables Residential and McCord Development.
